The Each One, Teach One Intensive Mentoring Program is a 1-year stipend-based program facilitated in three 12-week trimesters.
Mentors implement a collective-building, wholistic, personal empowerment program informed by:
- Cognitive Behavioral
- Dialectical Behavioral, and
- Solution Focused
interventions that are trauma informed.
The Goals of the program center upon progressing participants in:
- Relationship & Trust building
- Life Skills & Personal Development
- Education, and
- Leadership & Community Engagement
